Tristan co-founded Systep with a single focus: building a Salesforce consultancy that clients could genuinely rely on. Since founding the business, he has led its growth from a UK-based consultancy into a transatlantic operation — developing the client relationships, service model, and team that define how Systep works today.

His background is in hands-on Salesforce delivery, which means he understands what clients actually need from a managed services partner — not just technically, but commercially. That combination of delivery experience and client focus shapes everything from how Systep structures its packages to how the team communicates day to day.

Tristan personally oversees delivery standards for Systep's US clients, ensuring every engagement is architect-led and every client works with a named team that knows their org.

Director

Scott co-founded Systep in 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, and enterprise systems. His career spans some of the most respected organizations in business and government — including Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), Orange Business Services, AXA Global Healthcare, and the UK Government's Cabinet Office — where he delivered technology strategy, systems development, and advisory services across financial services, energy, insurance, and the public sector.

Before founding Systep, Scott ran an independent IT consultancy for nearly 15 years, advising growing businesses on CRM strategy, development, technical due diligence, and IT architecture. That depth of commercial and technical experience means Systep's approach to Salesforce is rooted in real business outcomes — not just platform configuration.

Scott co-leads Systep alongside Tristan, driving the company's growth and client commitments across the US and UK.

Client Services Director

Ben is Director of Client Services at Systep, responsible for client relationships, delivery quality, and the day-to-day experience of our valued clients. His role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client management — ensuring that what Systep promises is what clients receive.

Ben holds a First Class degree in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence from Brunel University London. Before joining Systep, he spent three and a half years as a Technical Salesforce Consultant at Capgemini and three and a half years as a CRM Developer at Trakm8 — giving him deep experience of both enterprise Salesforce delivery and product-led CRM development.

He joined Systep as a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant and was appointed Director of Client Services in March 2024. Ben and his team provide coverage across US business hours, so American clients get the same response times and named-team service that built Systep's reputation in the UK.

Business Development Director

Alex is Business Development Director at Systep and the first point of contact for companies exploring Systep in the US. Having spent several years working directly inside Salesforce consulting firms and as a specialist Salesforce recruiter, Alex understands both what good delivery looks like and what businesses are actually looking for when they go to market for a partner — a combination that makes him effective at matching clients to the right solution from the outset.

Before joining Systep, Alex spent two and a half years at Six33 working directly on client engagements, then joined Steadman Brown as a specialist Salesforce recruiter, developing a detailed understanding of the Salesforce partner landscape. Alex joined Systep in July 2025.
